Hey I am Michael,

Because I know how you feel now: You have a great idea, but you don’t know how to calculate your business plan and present it to investors, partners or incubators.

Is your business idea profitable and at what price you should sell your product to cover your costs? How much investment do you need to have enough liquidity? How to convince other people that your idea is worthwhile and doable?

I have the answers for all that. Because I am a trained business consultant and serial entrepreneur.

After my economics master at the HSG and ESADE, I have been working for years at the Boston Consulting Group designing strategic business plans for multi-million ventures. My clients included multinational companies, startup ventures and government agencies. I have learned to calculate a business plan and present the results in an investor-friendly way.

Over the last years I have launched several ventures in the food sector and circular economy. Some have failed, and some have succeeded. I have learned the power of understanding the numbers and using the business plan as a tool for planning, communication and development.
